I ordered a platter and complained that I received only 11 out of 12 prawns. This was easy to establish as we were sharing a platter. We started to eat as I did not think that this would be an issue. When the waiter came to me again, I mentioned about not receiving the full compliment of prawns. The waiter approached the Manager and to my surprise, they Manager's response was "you should have called us before you stated eating". A word to this Manager "Would I leave a 10% tip with you waiter if I intended to you for a prawn? You lost out because I aborted all followup food and drinks. I visited you restuarant about 4 times before with my staff. Also, Mervin's name and cellphone numbers appears on the bill. What is the reason for this if you don't answer on return calls?
