Intention was to have a good dinner at Ocean Basket with 16 friends, We pitched at the restaurant just before 6pm 26 May 2013, waiter helped us in getting the tables ready to seat 16 people, we sat and immediately placed our orders (16 people), we called for the manager over 5 times to help with the gas heater, he never pitched but was busy with something else, we assumed on the phone, eventually we have been waiting for simple meals and it was now 19:PM- a whole hour waiting for food and manager still had not come to our table though the waitress was passing the message to him, we decided to leave the food as it was not coming and pay for the few drinks we had already-and left, the poor service and the neglect that the manager gave to us was shocking, his response to us was that he is getting us "last prawns"at that time we are all hungry and irritated so we decided to leave. iw ill not recommend that branch to anyone, service is poor, we were a big table with one waitress helping, there was no communication to those of us that ordered prawns that there is no praws, why wait an hour to find out that there is no prawns;???
