Raw food with BAD service

We went for supper last night at about 18h30. Well that was the time that we was seated. We got service immediately and the waiter started off nice. He brought us our driks and in the meantime we have decided to have a sushi starter. I drink was finished and after at least 10min i called the manager (as the waiter was not to be seen) and requested more drinks and also asked him what is the hold up with the starters. Two other tables came in after us, they were already eating. I also told the manager that we have a todler that needs to be in bed at eight. (Already 19h25). Our starter came and with that we have ordered the mains. I told the manager bring the mains as soon as it is finished - do not wait for us on the starters. The food came with raw prawns. Now i would say that in such a case - remove the platter and clear the raw prawns - check all and bring back. No, not at this branch. Here they leave it for you to take it out of your plate - drop a new portion on the platter... then the mussels - also raw. I called the manager back to show it! This was his reply: This comes directly from head office!
