Ordered large pizza- half club, half tikka chicken. when I came to check if it was ready another customer was insisting on refund the pizza he had ordered, they made the wrong one, the manger said he must wait for them to make the flavour he had actually ordered. he was not happy and was refunded. he left without pizza.
when I came to collect mine a few minutes later, before manager even gave the pizza to me, (he took it from shelf) he asked if I eat bbq sauce. I said why? as I did not order any pizza with bbq sauce. he said that they made the wrong pizza and I can take that one. when I asked why he was making so many mistakes his answer was 'we make mistakes, its just a mistake' he knew before he gave pizza to me that it was wrong, he wanted me to just take it. I think its the pizza the guy before me didn't take and this was a way to get rid of mistake.
we had already bought movie tickets and to wait for new order or get refund was not an option as my kids were very hungry and we would miss the movie so I took the pizza despite all the nonsense.
the pizza tasted horrible and was too spicy for my us, especially my daughter.
this event ruined supper and my view of debonairs.
