Good day, I went to your Spur in Canal Walk last night to order take-aways, 1 rib and wings combo and a cheddamelt burger both with baked potato and onion rings. I waited half an hour for the food, but seen as they were busy I understood.
The problem is when I got home the size of the rib was the same as a kiddies rib and the person who prepared the take away had thrown the dirky sauce over everything including the ribs and wings, there was no onion rings and the bake potato was as hard as leather, really inedible. I am really disappointed and would like someone from your establishment to contact me with a solution.
