Still no response

Last week Thursday I phoned KFC customer care and was asked to leave a message, nobody responded. I then wrote an article on Hello Peter and then a person from KFC phoned me to enquire about which store in Vanderbijlpark it was. Needless to say that is the last I've heard from anybody. My complaint was with regards to going to the drive thru and being told that I must order a grilled burger meal as there are no regular colonel burgers available. I then got home and there were no fries and the cold drinks were missing. I was charged for the fries and cold drinks. It seems as if I am going to be left with no option other than making a case with the SAPS.I simply refuse to pay for items that I did not receive. Today is Tuesday 25th June if i haven't received an answer by Friday the 28th June I will be opening a criminal case. I have the original till slip and photos of the goods displayed on my kitchen counter with the relevant items missing.
