Not a first in complain for KFC Bedford Centre. Time after time service and goods simply do not meet customers satisfaction. We have ordered 2 Meals and paid for large (extra fries/buddy drink) only to get our burgers with the drinks only. We requested our fries to be added as we have paid for large. Waiting 15minutes in the drive through, our burgers getting cold we get our 'small fries' which had to be cooked first (only after we requested our fries) and are told that that was the 'large' portion which seemed equivalent to small fries. Not even an apology for the delay/no service delivery.paying extra for food and when we requested to speak to the manager the reply was 'he is not in'.
what amazing service. i will enjoy paying for a large meal and eating my cold burge
