Went to the kfc in Vanderbijlpark. Tried to order colonel burger meal and was told that it has to be grilled version as fried version is not available. Then when got home the chips were not there. I was charged for a burger meal. Same story with my child's chicky burger meal-he didn't receive his coldrink. Phoned customer care and was asked to leave a message. Needless to say nobody from customer care has bothered to phone me.
