To whom It May Concern... Last night (16/01/2014) I went through the drive through at Mcdonalds Parow to buy myself and the family a meal, as I came to the pay area, I was told buy the cashier that the card machine is not working..i then drove to the nearest ATM to draw cash to pay for the food..eventually I got the food and went on home, at home when opening the packaging I noticed that the meals was incomplete their was no fries or sauces and the lettuce was rotting, the chicken burgers was hard and dry... I returned to complain about the bad service... nothing came from it... I was handed over cold fries and was told I drove away from the goods..when a meal gets given to the customer staff has to make sure its complete... I felt really bad and did not enjoy the food at all.
