I frequently buy from the KFC in Mayville, but I've had enough. Every time I have to double check that I actually get what I paid for.
I purchased food that amounted to R 307.90. Seeing that I was alone and that the order comprised a lot of loose items I asked the attendant at the drive through to PLEASE check that everything is according to the receipt as I have had multiple instances where they "forget" to include items and she assured me that everything was there.
I drove home and when we unpacked the food we noticed that I paid for 5 Colonel Burger meals and received 5 Cold drinks and chips but only 3 burgers.
I immediately returned and asked to speak to the manager who assisted me and I thought the matter was resolved but to my amazement one of the cashiers called Komisa commented to a colleague so that everybody in the store could hear her and said " These people who buy, go home, eat and come back". I confronted her and she told me the comment was not about me it was about someone else, but I was the only one complaining.
I can assure KFC that I am not desperate for a burger that cost less that R25 but surely I am entitled to get what I pay for without being insulted
