Never ever again mcdonalds - bad attitude

I decided to get my children McDonald's as they love it. I got the food and went to pay. I swiped my card and the cashier said it never went through as she didnt get a "slip". She insisted on swiping it again and it went through again. I received two sms from my bank reserving the purchase for mcdonlads, The manager assured me it had not gone through and that it would reverse by morning. Needless to say it has not reversed. I then called the customer care. (another department which is useless) and after having to get extremely upset and rude i was put through to a manager who promised to follow it up and make sure the money was reversed. The branch keeps on insisting they never got two "slips" and i must prove it has gone through twice. My bank say they cant reverse it without a letter from them stating which one they want reversed. MCdonlads refuses to accept it was their mistake. Makes no difference if they got two slips.BY swiping the card twice they have banked it twice. What they need to do is check their transactional banking and they will see that they have banked it twice. I called again and they want to log another cimplaint. Cant belive it!
