Money taken twice

Hi

I have swiped my petrol card the 19March it went of twice. Baken kop service station send all the transactions to prove they received the money once only I called the bank customer care, card devision internet banking no luck I have been a customer 17 years and highly discusted that this takes so long as this should have been reversed already the night of the 19th. Still not done and reversed also my cards is expiring next month still no confirmation of new cards delivered when I called 3 weeks ago
