Hi,

My name is Palesa Kolobe it was not the first time for me experience unprofessional staff, the lady at the till with name tag of Alice was not friendly and kept discussing shop matters in front of me before she could take my order.
At about 20 minutes after they took my order, Alice came to me to explain that she was not told that the chicken was still in the oven and apologised for it but I still feel that she could have explained to me earlier than she did. The chicken was not well sauced and the chicken was roughly cut. I was so off but kept quiet about it, then I had to wait for my food for an hour, my order was taken at 11h51 but only got my food at 12h50. When I asked for the manager, to my surprise he was standing not far away from me and he obviously saw that I have been waiting too long. I told him that I wanted my money back but he just said I should just wait.

I live in Soweto and I want to shop wherever I feel is convenient enough for me, I don't want to end up going back to the old Malls where I have to drive for more than 30 minutes just to buy food that i can get in the Malls nearer.
