Visited Nando's Oakdene (The Glen) On 20th March 2013 at 18:10. I ordered The New Mielie Meal On Promotion Aswell as a Mild Chicken Burger, The Store Did Not Seem That busy at the time so I Would say the level of trade was moderate. To My Surprise it was my Worst Nando's Experience ever as the food was much delayed, cold & not done as per requirement. At 18:35 My Order Was still not received, Upon Enquiry I was told it would be there shortly. When My order did arrive at 18:40 the BURGER PATTIE was ICE COLD, I informed the manager he appologised and said he would get me another. After 10 minutes the burger arrived and was satisfactory. The Chicken however was not WELL DONE as specified, the MIELIES were BURNT on one side and the RICE seemed very very DRY. As the store started filling up since the time I Placed My order I noticed other tables waiting for food for long periods of time aswell. At 18:50 I Noticed other customers enquiring about their food and they were told the same: "It Will Be With You Shortly."
The Quality Of food and Attitude of Both Ataff And Manager Were Pathetic, As Though I Was A Burden And They doing Me a Favor. Never Would I visit this store Ever Again.
