Poor Service & Terrible Attitude

I had called in to place an order for delivery. i have ordered from here previously and was never totally satisfied with the reception one gets when calling in. you're immediately told to hold on without even your order being taken. you're then placed on hold for atleast 5 minutes before someone comes back on line to take your order. whilst holding staff are casually chatting to each other in the background.on this occassion aftre being placed on hold i asked the attendent (prince) why do you always place customers on hold for such a long time. he responds with 'whats your order'? i ask to speak to the manager and he cuts the call. i call back and ask him for his manager again and he cuts the call again.i then call in again.ask for the manager. he says 'my manager is busy. can i take your number down. she will call you when she has a moment' with much arrogance. i have never experienced such horrid service and attitiude from staff at a restaurant before. it goes without saying that pizza perfect epsom downs has lost my vote of confidence and i will definately not recomend you to friends, colleagues and family for future business and support. train your staff on telephone ettiquette
