Yesterday i ordered food to the value of R494.70 from Nandos in Mitchells Plain. I called to place the order and asked the lady who answered and took the order how long it would take until i could collect, she said 20mins. When i got there 25mins later i still had to wait an extra 15mins for the food. The lady behind the counter just said that they're busy and id have to wait. I didnt mind however for that specific reason i asked over the telephone How long it would take & certainly before responding to me, she couldve taken into consideration how busy they were. The chicken was also extremely dry and needed extra nandos hot sauce to make it taste better. I feel that this is unacceptable irrespective of how busy you are because of how expensive it is to have fast foods.
