Friday the 31st, my girls and I went to the above restaurant to eat. The food took more than 30 minutes to be served, once served the food, taste was so bad. We ordered prawns, calamari, chips and hake. The hake was in pieces also burned, calamari had sand and was rubbery, chips were hard to chew and dry, prawns not cooked well, I asked my waiter Desmond FANTASTIC guy to change the chips we couldn't chew on them, he did and also brought us extra sauce because the taste was so appalling. The new management is really tarnishing and destroying the Ocean Basket service and what they are known for. The meal was just thrown everywhere, prawns under the pieces of hake, rice everywhere.
