This branch is a new store so one presumes service would reflect well.
On numerous occasions I have received poor quality of food and bad service from this branch. Today my wife went to order a take away she wanted a fillet of fish was told by staff this could not be ordered until 10.30 Am..
However you could still order cheese and chicken burgers. After waiting ten minutes the manager Tsidi brought her order Outland explained she could order the fillet of fish but you would have to wait for a special order, I think ten minutes was wait enough. When my wife got home all the food was cold including the coffee the food was oily burnt and cold.
Apparently the owner name is David perhaps he would like to take the time to respond as this is the last time we shall waste good hard earns money on this branch. Mc Donald head office should be aware this branch is soiling the brand name down. I shall contact the head office in the week.
