On Saturday 19 October 2013 I had the misfortune of ordering food at KFC Beacon Bay!
order was placed at 20h28 at drive through. was told 15 Minutes delay on chicken (ordered 6 piece family variety Feast) at 21h00 I went in to ask for a refund as I was clearly not going to get food.
I was told they are very busy (1 car left in parking all other clients after me had received food).
A refund seemed out of order and I was offered the cold food that they forgot to bring to me!!
after waiting 30 minutes the least I expected was fresh warm food! They offered something for free if I accept the cold oily food (why should I accept old oily food) manager felt the food showing me the middle finger saying there is nothing wrong
From there on I was ignored was after phoning customer care and staying on the line for over 10 minutes waiting for somebody to respond to me in store nothing. Wayne the area manager was in the area and would meet me at the store! Wayne phone the manager and a couple minutes later Greg (area Managers Brother showed up! assuring me someone would contact me and follow up!! still no response.
Called the call centre again and still no response.
