Extremely Poor Service

I live in Phalaborwa for the past 4 years, and over the time I must say that this branch of KFC probably has the poorest service in the country. You must almost always wait in the parking area for food, despite using the drive thru. The card machines are not working halve the time, and the personnel does not seem to see it as a problem. But what happened last night really takes the cake, we ordered our food and one of my friends were told to wait 2minutes since they had to still cook the fillet. After waiting about 10 minutes we realised that the fillet had in fact been cooked but despite us sitting in the shop waiting, and the rest of the order standing on the counter getting cold, they forgot about the order. When confronting the lady she laughed as if it is the funniest thing ever, and it did not seem to bother her. Furthermore we had to pay R7 more for our orders since the coke fountain did not work, why do they even give that option?

I am not at all happy about the general service I am getting, and I think that the management of that branch is causing serious reputational damage to KFC.

Hope this can be resolved soon.
