My son and I had lunch at the local mugg and bean, I like to eat there as they have a wide range of vegetarian dishes. After finding a hair of some sort and alerting the waitress, she then brought it to the attention of the manageress. After they took my plate and replaced it with another meal, she came around twice to check if I was happy. Unfortunally the kitchen staff only replaced the chips and onion rings and the rest was cold and the bread soggy, I brought it to her attention and she took my meal of our bill because of my bad experience. I did not expect her to do that, but I am really gratefull and will definately go back. Thank you mugg and bean for your experienced staff that can deal with difficult situations and still keep their cool and just overall profesionalism.
