My fiance an I as well as her two siblings went to eat at Mugg & Bean N1.
We regularly eat and Mugg and Beans and are accustomed to great service and great food.
I can easily oversee one or two mistakes but this was horrible:
1. I asked for cold milk and received hot milk
2.People who was seated a few minutes after we were received there food 10 minutes before we did
3. I asked for salad and my fiance for chips (two different meals), I however received the chips and she the salad.
4. My chicken brie burger contained small bones which I could have easily choked on.
5. My onion rings were very much over oily.
6. My fiance welsh rarebit chicken tasted average to say the least in comparison to other Mugg & Beans.
7. The chips were very dry
8. Not once did wither the waiter or the manager came to ask us if we were enjoying our meal
I am very disappointed in this Mugg & Bean and will not likely return
