I ordered the Thai Squash Pie as this was the only meal on the entire menu suitable for a vegetarian. However, what I got was the Spicy Beef Pie. I only realised this after a few mouthfuls. I am extremely distraught as my vegetarianism is part of my religion meaning I had never previously consumed red meat before this unfortunate event. It is unacceptable that dishes be brought to the incorrect diners. What if I had an allergy? Does Mugg and Bean not wish to cater to diners with special dietary needs? To top it off, I had to repeatedly ask for the bill.
As a vegetarian going to Mugg and Bean is limiting in the choice of food items and I rarely go there. After this event I will not give my business to another one of your branches.
