I went to Ottimo's with my family on a Friday evening, we were seated at a table, we waited 15 min, still no one had been to our table to drop off menu's or take a drink order even after having 3 different waiters walk past us, we eventually got up and left, no one even stopped us to ask if we were helped nothing and went to another restaurant.
We then went back on Monday to order take away despite our experience on Friday, when I requested that they only put ham on half the pizza the gent making the pizza said"NO" we don't do that, I mean really how difficult is to sprinkle ham on only one half of the pizza. We will never go back there, they are not what they used to be...
