We went to Panarottis for the Thursday eat as much as you like special. In one hour and forty five minutes we recieved no more than 5 slices. We were seated outside and waiters kept passing to their own specific tables, walking back inside without even coming to us. We complained to our waiter numerous times to no avail. It was an average wait of 15 minutes per slice of pizza. The manager was enjoying a nice conversation seated with a full table for around an hour, we spoke to another manager who said she will be right back and never returned. Frankly, I have had enough of the service at Panarottis. When we asked for some pizza they said the kitchen was closed but the waiters were seated and eatig pizza and they clearly had normal orders flooding out. I wanted to do nothing more than walk out without paying.. What a waste of a night out and money, I will not be returning.
