We had booked a table and was expecting someone to be waiting to seat us when we arrived. Instead we were not greeted by anyone at the entrance and stood around waiting to be seated. Eventually a lady (who was the manager) came over and started showing us to the table but only made it half way so we seated ourselves at a table, in addition we were given one menu for 2 people. We waited for ages before we could order drinks and then waited just as long to get the drinks and order our meals. When the order arrived the one meal was wrong so we sent both back so as not to eat separately. When the meals were returned the correct meal and been heated exactly as it was and the rocket on the pizza had wilted and burnt. The meal that was incorrect and been remade was so burnt that the pizza was now a piece of cardboard. At that point we ate what we could. When finished and I approached the manager she had a terrible attitude and seemed completely disinterested and started to fight and come up with poor excuses. She offered nothing to make up for the poor experience. She was even bold enough to claim that "she had no idea we were so unhappy". As a manager that excuse is unacceptable.
