The company I am working at orders pizza from Roman's Pizza in Sanridge every Friday. We usually order about 10 large pizza's telephonically and send someone to collect. Last week I placed the order and was asked which time I wanted to collect to which I said 12h00. When I got there at about 12h15 the pizza's were not even in the oven yet. I waited half an hour for the pizza's to be ready. I though this was an isolated incident so I left without complaining.
Today I ordered again and asked for the pizza's to be ready at 12h00. I explained the experience I had the previous week and was assured that my pizza's would be ready at 12h00. I had afterall already placed the order at 11h00. When I arrived there at 12h00 I was told that I needed to wait another 20 minutes and once again they had not started with my order.
I would not mind if they had told me initially that they would be able to have my order ready on time or even phone me and tell me they would be late. But the "don't care" attitude with which my complaint was treated today made me very angry. Afterall I am a regular customer and would expect better service from them.
