So I pick my 3 year old son from nursery school and decided to treat him with Panarottis Pizza for his beautiful clay train project he completed.
Once seated, we order some chocolate milkshakes and I order the Tuesday special - Order any gourmet pizza & get a classic pizza free - Sit in only.
I figured I'll have the gourmet pizza and my son will have the classic pizza. I finished my pizza however my son, after filling up on his milkshake (as 3 year olds do), only had about 2 and a half slices of his pizza. Once we were done I asked for the bill as well as a doggie bag so that I could try feed him at home once his milkshake had finished settling down. I was then informed that I was not allowed to take the remainder 3/4 pizza home as it was against company policy. So I was forced leave the pizza and find another source of food to feed my child dinner when he got hungry.
My Question is - What happened to the remainder of the pizza? Thrown away?
Should I have rather finished the 'free' pizza first in order to take home the remainder of my gourmet pizza?
Next time I shall rather go to a place where I can order 1 pizza & get the 2nd free every day, as well as take my leftovers home!
