Last Friday my family and I decided to order Pizza from Pizza Perfect in Verwoerdpark. On my way home from work at 17:39 I called the order through from my cell phone. I was told that the Pizzas would be ready in half an hour. I didn't think anything of it as I know it was a Friday and end of the month. I arrived at Pizza perfect after 30 minutes to pay and collect and was told that the pizza was not yet ready. After waiting some more I asked again at 18:40 where my pizzas were and they were still not ready. My boyfriend then questioned when the pizza would be ready and they were only then being prepared. All the manager, Marc, could say was "It's a Friday, there is nothing I can do". This response is utterly unacceptable, together with the total lack of customer service which I received. Having to wait over an hour for my pizza is just completely unacceptable and quite frankly, bordering on the ridiculous! A phone in service is available to prevent customers from waiting in the shop, and this system clearly does not work at this Pizza Perfect branch.
