No resolution as promised, as per below response

I can understand your frustration as this is totally unacceptable service that you received from our branch. This is not the kind of service that can be expected from us and will definitely bring this under store management attention who will take action in store with staff and update you with a resolution. Your complaint has been captured ref. 0301130011/GO and escalated to store to assure action is taken.

Wow what a cheap response from Edcon indeed, up to now no one has contacted me to tell me where exactly is my Laptop 6GB RAM, 500GB HDD @ R5299.90. Why was I promised from the first place? Why was my order taken down? I m waiting for my order as I was promised that 2 will be coming to the store, its over a month now no order and no contact
