Humiliated at the Drive-Thru window

I was with my 3 year old, we drove thru, placed our order, at the pick up window I requested the attendant to separate the orders and not place them in one parcel as my daughter kicks up a huge fuss when I have to separate her's and her brother's meals at home. She outright refused to and blatantly told me she WON'T BE ABLE TO AS SHE HAS ALREADY DONE THE ORDER AND WILL NOT TAKE THEM OUT AGAIN, SHE IS BUSY WITH HER NEXT ORDER. I asked her where I could've made this request and she replied again in a brash and rude tone that she didn't know but she is unable to help me, this she does while addressing me extremely unprofessionally in Xhosa. In the background there was even more loud rude murmurings from her colleagues directed at my request, one even shouted that I should have specified at the payment window. I resorted to asking her for an extra bag and she hastily threw the bag in my car window, and while separating the orders myself this woman still continues to rudely tell me to drive off and do what I'm doing off the drive-thru?? Is this how our loyalty to the Brand treated? What happened to employing FRIENDLY, SANE & PATIENT individuals? I'm humiliated and extremely disturbed.
