At 7am this morning, we drove to the Emmarentia KFC to purchase breakfast. Due to the fact that we were in a hurry, we chose the Drive Through Option. We were incredulous to find that the Drive Through Window was closed with the security window locked as well. There was no one behind it. We drove through to the next window (where you pay and collect your meals) and there was no security gate on it, but there was no one there! We drove away, not bothering to go into the front entrance, and went to another KFC instead. I had on a previous occasion used their Drive Through, and it took so long to get our order that we just had to park and wait!? Not impressed at all by this branch! Why even have a Drive Through if you are not going to operate it?
