I have had complaints about certain Nandos branches before but the experience i have had with this lady i can't explain. I always, and i meant always order from Nandos SOuthgate as i live closer to them, to that extend that the delivery guy and his manager know me because he comes to my place so often as i order all the time.
This one time i called in to order and had a certain amount of money on me, when the lady told me the total i said to her no please cancel, because i knew that i wont have enough money to pay. The next things someone knocked at my dorr and it was the usual guy who delivers my Nados food, clearly the lady i spoke to did not understand me when i said i am cancelling. Well i explained and to return the food as i had already bought something else on my way back home. He understood and even 2 days later i went to Nandos for a sit down with a friend and he came to say hello and ask if all is fine as his customer.
Lat night at 19:50, i called Nandos and the lady by the name of Shumani answered, i gave her my number and as soon as she confirmed my name i could hear a bit of coldness but just brushed off. I put in my order and there was a bit of
