On the 28 March 2013 I placed an order for 4 1/4 chicken combos at 12:48 at Nandos, at 14:00 I called again to find out what happened to my order? The lady I spoke to told me it was on it's way and I'll get it in the next 5 minutes. Our delivery only arrived at 15:15, when I contacted the manager I was told that the lady put my order as collection i clearly stipulated that it needs to be delivered and when i contacted the operational manager he told me he cannot help me he has to phone the branch first. I am really not impressed with this and next time it happenes I will not pay for the order cause this is not the first time it is happening everytime we order then there is something wrong with the meal.
