I would like to take this opportunity to thank the manager of karoo in carlsward, pity i could not get his name. i ordered chicken schnitzel, i didn't enjoy it but again i didn't do anything about it i didn't complain to anyone, i just left my plate on the side while enjoying my evening, then this guy was doing his rounds in the restaurant and noticed my plate which was still full, he made sure i do not leave the shop unsatisfied, asked me to atleast try what the restaurant specialises in and he wouldn't take NO for an answer. i say that's good service right there. that guy trully knows that customer is king, now i can and i will go back again.
