After arriving at the Karoo Cattle and land at about 7:30 ish yesterday for a dinner.
It all started off well with our waiter getting the drink orders correct and then the waiting game started!
After placing our food order and waiting more than an 1 1/2 hours for our meal. The meals were delivered in drips and drabs to add insult to injury of the 5 plated meal 2 were serviced correctly the other 3 meals went back forth to the kitchen repeatedly.
We then requested the manager assist us resulting in getting a soapy story about the regular staff and unable to resolve the situation.
We then requested contact with the owner of the institute whom wasn't available.
I was disgusted by the level of service and quality of food and to just put the cherry on top, I could see into the kitchen the whole evening watching staff playing on their phones and not wearing any hygiene gear (ie hair nets...)
