My husband and i have just retured from a lovely day out at Irene Mall. We often eat at Karoo and their food is outstanding (always has been) and once again, we could not find fault with the meals today. The salads were divine, the main meals were outstanding and the service from the waiter was excellent...
I went to the ladies toilets and before i could use it, i had to call someone to clean the one and only ladies toilet upstairs. My husband tried for 10 minutes to get into the men's toilet (only one toilet upstairs for the men as well). He was not impressed with the state of the toilet either.
For a restaurant that is popular, always so busy and one which produces outstanding food, you really shoud improve on the toilet facilities available to your patrons...
