I've order a breakfast Mega McMuffin without ketchup & chicken roll on the 6/6/2013. I've realized that my order is incorrect when I was about 150km away going to Richardsbay & I decided to return it to the store the following day on the 7/7/2013. When I arrived at the store, a lady who who is a supervisor ask me what do I want them to do. I said they must give me the correct order & pay me a reasonable travel cost as I have travel about 200km single trip to return the meal. She said she can't help me with that, then I demanded to speak to a store manager on the phone as he was not on the store but she refused. I insisted that I need to exercise my rights as a customer to speak to a more senior person. She eventual agreed then the manager by the name of Collen told me to go to as I'm unreasonable about my request. So I'm now confused & not aware what to do.
