I have been going to this restaurant since the day they opened and have been seeing nothing but consistency in service excellence and great food.
We lack variety these days but with Karoo you can be guaranteed a Tour around the world at a very affordable price. Like all businesses these challenges and changes made but I'm proud to say that they continue to strive for Excellence.
I have been to several places and would be disappointed and would just never go back without a word. I had an 80% experience at Karro but I though I'm not going to let one of my favourite restaurant go and contacted Gareth.
I must say i was highly impressed with the manor this was handled, the entire staff is always dedicated and happy to serve with a big smile on their faces that you can hear even when placing a Take-away order.
I could go on for day as I'm a freak for Good Service, in one word Well done Karro Midrand and proud that we have a franchise like yours in our beautiful community
