Pathetic Customer Service-Tru-Blu Investments KFC

KFC has a reputation for good fast food, fast being the operative word in this scenario. Today (18 August 2013) was one the many bad experiences at Tru-Blu Investments KFC - Paradise Junction. Apart from the below standard food and inefficiencies, they can add pathetic customer service to the their list (i do not think they can call it customer service).

On 18 August 2013 @ 17:05 we drove up to the first (order) window at the drive-thru waited for 3-5 minutes and there was no attendant at the window. After a few minutes of frustration and hooting i assumed that the orders were being taken from the pickup window because the other patrons driving through.
We get to the pickup window and there is a woman at the tills serving the customers from the inside. I waited at the window for another 4-7 minutes and i was ignored, another woman came out from the kitchen. She informed me that i could not order from that window and i must come inside the shop to order. I demanded that i see the manager. i was told that he was busy on the phone. He told to come inside.
I had to go back to the first window to pay and collect my food. The manager did not know who owned the KFC or the ops mng
