At every KFC I go. there is somebody standing outside before the window, preventing you to drive to the window and place your order. Oupa said it is because they where all competing for best times. But they all cheat so what is the purpose and it really frustrates me if I place a order in this manor. Oupa really had an bad attitude. At the next window they always say please drive through we are still waiting for... I will bring this to you. Please KFC. Get a better system!!!
