On Saturday morning we went to KFC in Lambton. As we approached the drive through the lady that had to take our order was not at her window so we went to the next window to pay, as we thought that they only have the one window open because it was not so busy. As we got to the window we explained that the lady was not at the previous window to take our order. We gave her the order after you could see she did not want to help us she started screaming to this other lady who was now back at her window. She screamed our order of 3 items about ten times and got it wrong the first 5 times! Now very irritated cause she is screaming in our ears non stop, she saw we want to pay wit a card, oh no now we have to go inside the store which my boyfriend then lost it and asked for a manager, we waited for 5 minutes to attend to us just said sorry this is the amount for the order, she had no intention to listen to our complaint! Then to top it all, when we eventual got our food after 15 minutes (yes that is how long it took to have 2 wraps & 8 hotwings!) the wrap was still frozen at the bottom, the tomatoes were only to be found at the bottom of the wrap and the wings soggy!!! PATHETIC!!!
