Hello Peter,

On the 4th of MAY 2013 myself and my friend went to have a meal at Nandos. We arrived and went to sit down waiting for someone to take an order. But 10-15 minutes passed and no one is attending to us, no menus no wiping of a table nothing. and I went to one of the serving ladies to ask why were we not assisted and she told us that they no longer take orders we have to go and order at the till and dissapointed we did, and asked for the supervisor (Bongani), and he told us that it is true we have ot order at the till. But as we were waiting TWO MALES entered and went straight to sit down and they WERE FOLLOWED BY MENUS, TABLE WIPED AND ORDERS TAKEN WITHIN A WINK OF AN EYE. We then asked the lady why were they treating us differently she could not respond. We asked for BONGANI who came and told us that SOME CUSTOMERS ARE USED THE SERVICE SO THEY COULD NOT TAKE IT AWAY FROM THEM COMPLETELY. It is bad that IN THIS DAY AND AGE WE STILL FIND SUCH KIND OF PEOPLE WITH THAT ATTITUDE TOWARDS THIER FELLOWS JUST BECAUSE WE ARE POOR? There was no argument with the two males theyn were HELPED INSTANTLY while US ARE NOT USED THE SERVICE, WE DONT DESERVE IT
