Placed a telephone order for a Pizza at 12:20 on 10/05/2013 and were told that I can collect it after - 20 minutes, went to get my order at 13:10 also on 10/05/2013. Came there, no pizza made. I mean what is the use to place a order so that you do not have to wait for it to be made and then you get there and nothing has been done. Surely I do not want to wait for it then?? Best of all is that my original order slip were found next to the POS in front. When I phoned them afterwards to speak to the manager, the manager said that they gave my order to someone else. If they gave my order to someone else, the slip would not next to the POS then?? Do not use the option of a phone order if you cannot manage it.
