Better just flush money down the loo___ I fwd a complaint over 5weeks ago initially and had one very poorly worded call from store managment where they didnt even understand correctly the nature of my complaint: p5/13/2848 and only after 3 weeks and a suposedly non recieved posted letter I finaly last night recieved correspondence from KFC (which didnt even have a specific person's name for the signature) it was a vague apology for the again non descript complaint and states they hope I will still continue to support KFC brand and no mention was made about replacing the sub standard R140 purchase price of the horrid mess KFC Orange grove made of our order.
I will never (after yeas of KFC being a family favourite) again consider buying this product ever again and will continue to tell everyone I come into contact about about the shoddy handling of my complaint and poor quality of the product bought. Obviously the company is too huge to concern themselves with one measly customers complaint.
