I ordered 12 large Pizza's with extra's on 6 of them, yes 12 LARGE pizza's. The promotion states buy any 2 large pizza's and get 4 free savoury Beg for Mores. The terms and conditions states that the offer excludes Something special pizzas. NONE of my pizzas where something special Pizzas. I contacted the store and they stated because I added extra it does not qualify. I then complained to their head office directly, the lady sounded so friendly and assured me she will get back to me in 15 minutes. Needless to say its been a day and 2 hours and still no one has contacted me. I find this as terrible advertising. Besides this experience from this store for the same order, I placed the order at 10:37 for 12:45 to be delivered to avoid any delays as there where functions that this was for. I contacted the store at 12:55 to find out where my order was and they stated the delivery guy left ages ago. The pizza's where only delivered at 13:09. They also did not have Mielies in stock. All I read of Debonairs is complaints, I cannot believe you still open.
