On Friday night, we went to Romans ridgeway and ordered 2 X Medium pizza's for my kids. Firstly the store was extremely chaotic! People were standing all over. NO proper lines for collection, placing orders nothing. You didn't know if they finish order or what! So you stand around to see where you need to place an order. When you eventually place your order, which only happens about 20 mins later. We then had to wait for an hour for these Pizza's. We ask the Indian lady, the cashier, when will our pizza's be ready? She was extremely Rude and she has Plenty other customers. I found her attitude to be terrible! The Pizza's were just as horrible! I normally order 4 large pizza's from the Fordsburg branch and They are a million times better! You literally in and out off there and their pizza's are 50 times better! I will never go to the Ridgeway branch again!!!
