On sunday, 3November 2013 around 7pm i went to kfc soneike only to wait 45min just to reach the orders window. (only 4cars in line infront of me). After the staff named all the products they are out of stock or has a 10min waiting time i finally made it past orders. After waiting another 15min for my order (idling out more petrol than the order was worth in the meanwhile) i asked the employee what is wrong to which he replied: "we are only 2 people". i then got home only to find out nearly half my order was not in the bag. I cant believe anyone has the time/money or patients to still drive back and complain.
This is also not the first time this happens. Numerous times i visit this kfc they dont have stock/machine broken or just waiting time. Once the teller told me there is a waiting time on all chicken. This is the only product kfc does!!!
I encourage all people to please save youre money and stop supporting this branch. they have allot of money and time from myself and i believe from many others to.
Please kfc, do not phone me 400times again and then simply do nothing about the case.
