Yesterday 17/01/2013 at 18:05 I went through the drive thru and ONLY ordered a Avalance brownie. Waited 15min for it!!! Was melted and insisted on a new one. Same KFC today 18/01/2013 at 19:49 I was standing inside in a queue (was tired of the previous and severel times at KFC for waiting in my car) put my order in for a Cononal meal;snack burger;milky krusher and a brownie avalance.waited 20min for it after I put my order in. There was on that time a inspector and asked me if there is something wrong because i have been there for a while.he took my slip and ordered the manager to hurry my food. Two customers was helped after me order both 3 other meals and got out before 5min!!! My food came the ice creams were melted and food cold. They wanted to excuese but flung out saying not waiting another 20min! I am furious! I love KFC, their food is gorgeous and love to order. I promised myself no more drive thru only walk in but i waited longer and both episods in two days. Previous complaints on hello peter 4 to be exact came a letter in the post apologizing does not cut it for me anymore because I always have a problem at KFC and keep going back because i enjoy the food. How sad is that...
