To about Shake-it-up meal

Thought I would treat myself to a Steers meal today. Decided on the Shake-it-up awesome meal after the cashier / manager informed me that you also get a 500 ml milkshake with it. I ended up getting served a 250 ml milkshake - what a joke! Since the manager was nowhere to be seen I asked the cashiers why am I getting served a 250 ml milkshake when I was told I'm getting a 500 ml. They just laughed and told me everybody gets told that, and that it looks bigger on the advertisement than it really is. They are intentionally misleading customers! So much for integrity.
